This easy recipe represents an easy dish of traditional Neapolitan cuisine. Marinated anchovies are a cold appetizer which is prepared by marinating first in white wine vinegar, which “cooks” anchovies and will give the meat its typical whitish and bright color, and then in extra virgin olive oil.

Difficulty: Easy recipe
Preparation time: 30 minutes + a couple of marinating hours and 6/8 hours of rest
Ingredients for 4 people:
1/2 kg of fresh anchovies
1 glass of white wine vinegar
1 dl of extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
chopped fresh parsley, fresh chilli and salt
