The characteristic element of the Neapolitan street food is certainly the Cuoppo di fritturine, typically served in a cone-shaped bag. As well as on the street, it can be found in rotisseries or in fryers or in restaurants Neapolis – Le taverne di Lucullo as an appetizer, served at the table but it is also perfect as an aperitif to share with friends.
Its preparation includes mozzarella in a carriage, crocchè, arancini and much more.
